Growth doesn’t always require a diagnosis.

Sometimes you’re not in crisis, you’re just stuck. You can feel the gap between who you are and who you long to be, but you don’t know how to close it. You’re functioning, even thriving in some areas, but something inside keeps pulling you toward more — more integration, more freedom, more alignment between your faith and your daily life.

That’s exactly what coaching and IFS guidance are for.

Coaching or Therapy — What’s the Difference?

At Trinitas we prefer the term guide over coach because coaching often implies someone directing you from the front, and that’s not how we work. A guide walks beside you, holds the map lightly, and trusts that you already carry the inner wisdom needed for your journey. Our job is to help you access it.

Unlike counseling, coaching and IFS guidance are not clinical services. They don’t require a diagnosis, aren’t bound by state licensure, and aren’t covered by insurance. What they offer instead is flexibility where we can work with you wherever you are in the world, at whatever pace makes sense, around whatever is most alive for you right now.

What We Work With

Coaching and IFS guidance at Trinitas are a beautiful fit for those who are seeking deeper self-understanding, personal or spiritual growth, clarity in a season of transition, or a more integrated interior life. Many of our coaching clients are helpers themselves including counselors, ministers, parents, leaders who are doing meaningful work in the world and need a space that’s entirely their own.

This is also an ideal path for those outside our counseling licensure states who want to do deep, IFS-informed work with a Trinitas guide.

How We Work

Sessions are held via telehealth and are available to clients worldwide. We draw on IFS, somatic awareness, and Catholic Christian integration to help you explore your inner world, understand your parts, and move toward the wholeness and self-leadership God designed you for.

Coaching and IFS guidance are not covered by insurance and are offered on a private pay basis.
