Some healing happens best in community.
There is something that occurs when people gather with a shared intention. A kind of witness and warmth that one-on-one work, as valuable as it is, cannot fully replicate. When you hear someone else name what you thought only you were carrying, something in your system relaxes. You are not alone. You never were.
Groups at Trinitas are not lecture series or support groups in the traditional sense. There are intentional gatherings, rooted in IFS, somatic awareness, and faith, where participants do real interior work together. They are spaces where parts feel safe enough to be seen, where the body is welcomed into the room, and where community becomes a context for transformation rather than just connection.
We offer groups and programs seasonally throughout the year. Some are themed around the liturgical calendar. Some are skill-based. Some gather helping professionals. All of them are designed to be small enough that no one gets lost and spacious enough that real work can happen.
