Sometimes the most important thing you can do is stop.
Not quit. Not give up. Just stop, long enough to let your interior life catch up with your exterior one. Long enough to hear what your parts have been trying to say. Long enough to rest in the One who already knows you completely.
Retreats are one of Marion’s great loves. There is something about gathering a group of people in a dedicated space, away from the noise, the demands, the endless list that creates conditions for the kind of healing that ordinary life rarely allows. When the body relaxes, when the schedule clears, when the only agenda is to be present, something opens.
What to Expect
Trinitas retreats are grounded in IFS and Catholic spirituality, designed to care for the whole person, body, soul, and spirit. They are not conferences or lecture weekends. They are immersive experiences where participants do real interior work, accompanied by skilled guides who hold the space with warmth, competence, and deep faith.
Retreats are held in person. Marion has led retreats for parishes, Catholic communities, and ministry organizations across the country and internationally. She is available to bring this work to your community or to gather a group around a shared theme.
Upcoming Retreats
Resting in the Heart of Jesus — October 23–25, 2026
Co-led by Marion Moreland and Jody Garneau. Registration opening soon.
Speaking & Teaching
Marion is available for parish missions, conference keynotes, days of reflection, and professional training events. Her teaching weaves together Catholic anthropology, IFS, somatic awareness, and her own story in a way that is accessible, grounded, and genuinely transformative. If you are looking for someone who can speak to the integration of faith and interior healing for a general audience or a professional one, we’d love to hear from you.
