Practical Details
Insurance – In West Virginia, we’re in-network with most major insurance companies. In other licensed states, we can provide receipts for possible reimbursement. (Note: Coaching and consultation are not covered by insurance.)
Fees – Rates vary by service and helper. You’ll receive a clear rate sheet before scheduling.
Cancellations – Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Technology – A stable internet connection, webcam, and private space are needed for online sessions.
