Before we begin, we ask all new clients to complete our short Inquiry Form. This helps us:

Practical Details

  • Insurance – In West Virginia, we’re in-network with most major insurance companies. In other licensed states, we can provide receipts for possible reimbursement. (Note: Coaching and consultation are not covered by insurance.)

  • Fees – Rates vary by service and helper. You’ll receive a clear rate sheet before scheduling.

  • Cancellations – Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Technology – A stable internet connection, webcam, and private space are needed for online sessions.
