Catholic IFS Groups

🌸 Past and Ongoing Offerings

While each season brings something new, past groups have included:

Preparing Room in the Body & Soul: A Somatic IFS Advent Journey

A gentle daily rhythm of short check-ins and optional integration circles designed to help participants slow down, listen inwardly, and prepare the heart and body for Advent.

Embodied & Beloved: A Journey into Food, Body, and Self-Compassion

A 6-week exploration of our relationship with food, body image, and inner voices β€” rooted in IFS and Christian anthropology, inviting healing, curiosity, and grace.

🌱 Join Us

New groups are offered periodically throughout the year, following the rhythms of the liturgical seasons and the needs of our community.

πŸ•Š Come As You Are

You don’t need to have experience with IFS or somatic work to join β€” only a willingness to be curious, to listen, and to grow in compassion toward yourself and others.
All parts of you are welcome here.

🌿 Groups at Trinitas

Healing and growth through embodied connection, reflection, and community

At Trinitas, we believe that healing happens in relationship β€” with ourselves, with others, and with the Divine. Throughout the year, we offer small, intentional group experiences designed to help you explore your inner world through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and Christian spirituality.

Each group provides a contemplative, supportive space to grow in self-understanding, deepen your connection to God, and gently integrate the wisdom of your body and soul.

πŸ’« What to Expect

Our groups vary in theme and length, but most include:

  • Weekly or biweekly gatherings (in person or online) for guided reflection and sharing

  • Somatic and spiritual practices to help you reconnect with your body and deepen your awareness

  • Small group size to foster safety, connection, and personal attention

  • Optional coaching or integration sessions for those who wish to go deeper

Groups are facilitated by Trinitas team members trained in IFS, somatic modalities, and pastoral integration, blending psychological insight with spiritual formation.
