  4. Do you integrate faith into your sessions?
Yes, but only as much or as little as clients wish. We offer Catholic/Christian integration, weaving faith into the process while honoring each client’s personal spiritual journey.

Getting Started

  1. How do I know which service is right for me?
We have an excellent inquiry form for you to fill out that helps us gather enough information to suggest the best fit for you.

  2. Do you offer a free consultation?
After you complete the initial inquiry form, we offer a free 15-minute phone call with your helper to make sure it will be a good fit.

  3. How soon can I start?
Availability varies, but we aim to schedule new clients as quickly as possible.

Practical Details

  1. Do you take insurance?

  2. Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
Yes—IFS coaching and consultations are available globally.

  3. What are your fees?
Fees vary by service type and helper. We’ll provide a clear rate prior to commitment.

  4. How long are sessions?
Coaching sessions are 45 minutes long. Counseling sessions generally follow that same timeline.

  5. How often will we meet?
Frequency varies from weekly to monthly, depending on your needs. This is something to discuss with your helper based on your unique goals.
